Američki sud donio odluku: Kraj za TikTok u SAD-u?

Američki prizivni sud u petak je odbacio žurnu ponudu TikToka da privremeno blokira zakon koji bi od njegove kineske matične tvrtke ByteDance zahtijevao da se do 19. siječnja oslobodi aplikacije za kratke videozapise ili će se suočiti sa zabranom.

TikTok i ByteDance u ponedjeljak su podnijeli žuran zahtjev Žalbenom sudu SAD-a za Distrikt Columbia, tražeći više vremena za iznošenje svog slučaja Vrhovnom sudu SAD-a.

Tvrtke su upozorile da će zakon bez sudskog postupka “ugasiti TikTok — jednu od najpopularnijih platformi u zemlji — za više od 170 milijuna domaćih korisnika mjesečno.”
