After three days of talks, it seemed that everyone, Croats and Bosniaks, had relented, to the extent that it was in line with national interests and explainable to their own public. Croats even „played“ around the role of the FBiH House of Peoples and the catalog of vital interests, which they rejected as any possibility in the talks. At the same time, Bosniak negotiators agreed on how to elect delegates to the House of Peoples, but also on the constitutional language that accompanies the state Presidency and its role in calling for vital interests. Croats even agreed to an electoral model that would deny them the possibility of political pluralization.
After failing to bring destructive Bosniak satellites SDP / DF / NS into play, a real shock followed when he told international negotiators that he could not explain to his public that Bosniaks would no longer be able to elect two members of the Presidency (Sejdo Komšić and Šefik Džaferović), and he started to add up how many „Croats“ like Edim Fejzić and Anel Šahinović can Bosniaks impose in the Croat People Caucus in FBiH House of Peoples.
Foreigners, as we find out, were shocked after his sincere reaction. But, in spite of everything, a solution was reached, and then when he realized that he was pushed against the wall, the radical Izetbegović pulled out the last trump card - turning the House of Peoples into the role of the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska. In that way, he practically told his compatriots in the Republika Srpska to leave them forever at the will of the Serb majority without any levers in power.
On the other hand, in the most direct way, he told the Croats he does not give up on the goal - the Sharia Muslim state in which Croats would be folklore. Or even be in office, but only if they are bigger Bosniaks than themselves.
Talks, but also BiH, are heading for collapse if the foreigners do not stop it in time and allow Izetbegović's radical role to continue, that is, attempts to achieve war goals. Just like Moscow is doing in Ukraine now!
